Meet Jeff & Ally

We’re Jeff and Ally Odam—a husband-and-wife real estate team who genuinely loves houses, people, and the adventure that comes with both.

Ally has been in real estate for six years, but her background actually started in education. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and two Master’s degrees in Curriculum & Instruction and Educational Leadership. Turns out, teaching, problem-solving, juggling a million things at once, and explaining complicated stuff in a way that actually makes sense are pretty useful skills in real estate!

Jeff recently decided to jump into the real estate world alongside Ally, bringing years of customer service, management, and leadership experience with him. He’s held positions from General Manager to District Manager, so working with people, solving problems, staying calm under pressure, and getting things done are definitely in his wheelhouse.

And honestly, we have a lot of fun doing this together. We love touring houses, spotting the potential in a property, meeting new people, and figuring out solutions when real estate inevitably throws us a curveball. No two transactions are exactly the same—and that’s part of what keeps it interesting.

Being a team also means our clients get two agents working for them instead of one. When one of us is tied up, the other can step in. More availability, two perspectives, twice the problem-solving, and yes… occasionally two different opinions about a house. 😉

When we’re not working, we’re usually busy with our three kids, Hayden, Avery, and Kayne, enjoying our community, traveling when we can, or somehow still talking about houses even when we’re technically “off.”

We’ve built a life together, raised a family together, and now we get to build a business together—and we’re having a pretty great time doing it.
